We all know the importance of backlinks especially if it is coming from a Dofollow blog. A Dofollow ensures that you get the maximum link juice from the blog and this can help you to increase your blogs PageRank within a short period of time.
Getting Dofollow blogs to comment on is not easy at all, as a matter of fact, all the Dofollow blog lists out there are all JUNKS, most of the blogs listed there are not Dofollow.

Personally, I dont see any disadvatages of having a dofollow blog, the reason most blogs are not dofollow is just because of spammers.

No, It wont. PR0 is very different from PR6, the value they give is very different, always go for high PRs.
