Guest blogging is the easiest method of getting exposure and building targeted traffic to your blog. I have done a couple of guest post on blogs on blogs like Weblogbetter, Site Sketch 101 and Basic Blog Tips, and I can say it’s been a wonderful experience.
Guest blogging helps you to showcase your skills as well as advertise your blog and brand to new audience which you may naturally not have access to. When you guest post on other blogs, you don’t only get traffic, but you also get a reputation boost as an expert in your niche.
So how do you find blogs that accept Guest Post?
The easiest way of finding blogs that accept guest posts is to use the search engines like Google. To do this, you go to the search engine and type in the following:
“Your Niche + Guest Post”
For example, if your niche or keyword is shoe, then you would type in something like this:
“Shoe + Guest post”
And you may even narrow it down to a micro niche and use a more specific keyword such as:
“Adidas Shoe + guest post”.
Other keywords for finding blogs that accept guest posts include:
“Guest blogging”
“Submit a guest post”
“Write for us
“Guest writer’
When typing these keywords make sure you put the quotes so that the search engine will bring up only sites that have the exact search term you typed/entered.
Tip: try to guest post on authority sites in your niche, this will not only bring you good traffic, but it will also help to boost your reputation as an expert in your niche.
You may create a schedule for guest posting, may be an article per week or two (2) guest posts per month. Let’s do a little arithmetic, if you write two guest posts per month for 5 different blogs in your niche, these sums up to 10 Articles per month.
If each guest post brings you 150 visitors, then you get an incredible 1,500 visitors to your blog per month.
So start doing some guest posting today and get your blog and brand out there.

Hi Joseph,
Thanks for your help back at Comluv.com
I did try the suggestions you have mentioned here in this post, though it didn’t turn out many results for me. I tried a broader approach and found some places. Maybe my niche is quite narrow or probably there aren’t too many websites doing the same stuff.
Regards
Jay
